ClipScript is a small, independent tool. We currently do not offer email support while the MVP is running — this page explains the fastest way to get answers.

Fastest routes

• How-to and troubleshooting questions — every tool page carries a detailed FAQ that answers the most common cases (limits, formats, timestamps, privacy). Start there; it is faster than any inbox.
• Privacy and data questions — the privacy policy documents exactly what is processed, what is sent to the speech-recognition provider, and what is never stored.
• Rights and copyright — see the terms of service. If you are a rights holder with a takedown or licensing question about content processed through this tool, include the relevant request ID and clip details when a contact channel opens.

Product status

Automatic Instagram and TikTok link transcription is in limited testing; file upload transcription is live. Follow the changelog on the about page for gate status updates.

Why no email yet

Offering a support inbox means committing to response times we cannot guarantee during the MVP phase. Rather than a dead mailbox, we publish complete documentation on every tool page. A public contact channel will open together with the link-transcription launch.
